First Week of First Phase of Teaching Practice

 ( semester 3)

This week our 40 days of teaching practice started. We, three of the teacher trainees of Christ Nagar College of Education
 ( Meenu C Nair, Saranya P S and Shifna) were given the teaching practice at Mannam Memorial Residential Higher Secondary School, Neeramankara. We met the principal  of the school and handed over the request letter from our college and we were given the permission to take classes for the next 40 working days for the allotted classes for our respective subjects. I was allotted class 7A for taking English, Saranya was provided with class 7C For taking Social Science and Shifna was given class 7A for Chemistry and 7B for Physics.
                   This week i taught the students of 7A, the prose chapter, THE BOY WHO DREW CATS. I showed the students a video related to art and introduced the lesson and the theme to the students.

 This week there was school assembly that was held on Wednesday and the school celebrated Anti- drugs day in the assembly with a rally.At the end of the week our general teacher came to observe our classes.
